I can't believe it's summer,
and Advent's far away.
It's really quite a bummer,
so I thought that I'd say "hey."
I have traveled to Aruba
to find sun and fun to do.
And although I'm liking scuba,
I still am missing you.
Although we have been parted,
and it truly is the worst,
please don't be broken-hearted,
I'll fly out December first.
Soon we'll be together,
once we're done with heat and haze.
For now, enjoy the weather.
