I've encountered some misunderstandings in my career and a lot of it comes from people who don't quite get that I don't give out gifts indiscriminately. There are a lot of gift requests that will almost always be denied. It's important to have reasonable expectations, so please know that I will never deliver the following, no matter how many times you ask:

• Dangerous products that can hurt you (knives, guns, flamethrowers, etc.)
• Items that are not for children (and nothing with an R rating!)
• Animals that require a lot of space or care. (I'm not a pet shelter, after all! Pets don't like waiting at the North Pole anyway. It's too cold.)
• Really expensive items. (The Elves unionized, and I'm on a pretty tight budget for labor and materials)
• Anything your parents have already vetoed. (We're in contact).

Youre always free to ask me for a gift, but please remember that Christmas is about giving more than receiving.
